Prior to first use, charge the brush handle for 24 hours by putting it into the cradle.
Turn the Nutra Sonic on by pushing the larger of the 2 buttons. To choose the speed, push the smaller button and select.
Remove eye makeup by hand. Liberaly apply cleaner to your skin or to the brush head and wet your skin. Push the on/off button to turn your Nutra Sonic on and gently move the brush over your face and neck area using a small circular motion. Begin on the forehead, then move to the nose/chin area and the cheeks, then to the neck area. Do not press the brush to hard against the skin since this will reduce the effectiveness. The Nutra Sonic brush is waterproof and may be used in the shower or bathtub.
How to Use Nutra Sonic:
Do not use abrasive cleansers or chemicals to clean any part of the Nutra Sonic. Do not put any part in the dishwasher. Wipe or wash the handle using warm soapy water to remove any residue buildup. The handle is sealed and fully waterproof. Never try to open the brush handle for any reason.
Charger:
Unplug the charging cradle before cleaning. After unplugging the cradle, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the charging cradle in water.
Brush Heads:
We recommend that the Nutra Sonic brush heads be replaced every 3 to 4 months as the bristles become fatigued and less effective over time. After use, remove the brush head from the handle and rinse with warm soapy water to reomve any residue.
To remove the brush head, grip the brush head firmly, then push and twist it counter-clockwise.
To attach the brush head, push down and twist the head clockwise until it snaps into place.

First one I received was defective and wouldn`t hold a charge. I love the way it cleans my skin. Use it on the ``oscillilating`` mode. With the gentle brush I wash my entire face, neck, ears and decolotte & upper back. Takes about 5-7 min. My skin feels invigorated and very clean. I would recommend this unit to others..too bad the company has not come out w/ more detailed instructions as well as length of time the unit is supposed to hold a charge. I believe it takes real narcissism to ``market a new product`` without actually marketing it. Smug folks I would assume. People at Skin Planet were great and quickly shipped me a replacement unit. Rep I dealt with was very personable and knowledgeable.
Pros: I like the oscillating mode and have not used the others. I like the fact that using it makes my skin appear brighter and does seem to remove dead skin. I am very pleased w/ the Nutra-Sonic. Would have given it a 5; but for the lack of information on most aspects of this "machine".
Cons: See my comments above. Difficult to tell when it is running out of a charge. Also the cleanser and toner that come w/ the replacement unit nice packaging but in this second one the cleaner and toner don't come out. Pretty containers..but as for functionality..it may be the case that this time the unit is fuctional, but the product containers are not. I was promised research data from Peter at Nutra Sonic (claims he helped develop the Nutra-Sonic along w/ an M.D.)--never got the information and I don't believe it exists. Called him back about a week later but he was too busy to talk. Never did get back to me. I regard this as rude behavior. If he wasn't going to send me information; he should have told me that he was not or that there was no research data. He is the "go-to" person for questions about the Nutra-Sonic but was not even available for the buyer that buys products for this and, I believe, several other web sites. Nutra-Sonic's PR is sorely lacking.

Really like the NutraSonic. My skin feels really clean and smooth. Only gave 4 stars as there as no real instructions for using the product. Like how long, what the different settings do, etc. Price compared to the ``other sonic cleanser`` was much more affordable.

Received this system today..no instructions whatsoever...I had the unit in the charger backwards as I would charge my sonci toothbrush...wondered why no lights..well you turn the brush inward...red light apparently means it is not yet charged...had it the other way around for a good 5 hours. either a dumb Dr. or breakdown in PR...i.e. some useable instructions.
Pros: Don't know any at this point as I have not been able to use the system.
Cons: NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHARGE; HOW TO CHANGE THE MODES AND KNOW WHAT MODE YOU ARE IN; MY UNIT DID HAVE ENOUGH OF A CHARGE AS RECEIVED TO HIT THE ON BUTTOM AND THE SMALL "CHANGE MODE" BUTTON"..NOTHING TO TELL YOU WHAT MODE YOU ARE IN..UNLIKE THE CLARISONIC..NO TIMER...IF YOU CAN GET THIS AT 25% OFF AS I DID...GO FOR THE CLARISONIC..AT LEAST THERE ARE "PRINTABLE DIRECTIONS " ALL OVER THE WEB...NOTHING EVEN ON THE DEVELOPERS WEBSITE..LOL WILL SEE HOW IT WORKS, IF IT DOES WHEN IT IS FINALLY CHARGED..BUT NOT A GOOD INTRO TO THIS PRODUCT..I HAVE ALSO DONE PR..THE COMPANY SHOULD HIRE ME TO DO A BADLY NEEDED JOB...THE CLARISONIC IS TRIED AND TRUE..CLINICAL TRIALS AND MANY GREAT "CLINICAL STUDIES"..BETTER KNOWN AS INDIVIDUAL'S REVIEWS...I HAVE SEEN 3 REVIEWS ON THIS PRODUCT...THEY ARE ON THE BOX..LOL..IF THIS COMPANY WANTS TO COMPETE WITH THE CLARISONIC, THEY HAVE TO DO A BETTER JOB IN THE AREA OF EDUCATION/INSTRUCTION.
